THESE ARE ENFORCEABLE, TO THE EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHER GENERAL OR SPECIAL CONDITIONS OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENT, IN PARTICULAR ADVERTISING, ON ANY PERSON, MERCHANT OR NON-MERCHANT, HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "THE CLIENT", PURCHASING VIA IDGRAFIX.FR.
ID GRAFIX is free to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable and binding General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those in force on the date of the order.
ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCTS
PRESENTATION
EACH PRODUCT REFERENCE OFFERED VIA THE IDGRAFIX SHOP IS SUBJECT TO AN ONLINE DESCRIPTION OF ITS GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS.
ID GRAFIX reserves the right to remove or modify one or more product references offered via IDGRAFIX.FR at any time. ID GRAFIX also reserves the right to replace any product in the IDGRAFIX.FR shop with an equivalent product.
All decoration kits and stickers featured on IDGRAFIX.FR are the property of our brand. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited. Each decoration kit bears a copyright notice - IDGRAFIX.FR in text, or a logo on one or more stickers comprising the kit.
The photographs and comments used in the description do not, under any circumstances or for any reason, bind IDC. The logos of the brands used in the mock-ups presented on the IDGRAFIX.FR website are the sole responsibility of the end customer. Brands may contact us by email (contact@idgrafix.fr) if they do not wish to appear on our customers' decoration kits.

PRICE
The prices of the products offered via IDGRAFIX.FR are indicated in euros excluding delivery charges and remain valid as long as they remain accessible via the IDGRAFIX.FR shop, thanks to IDGRAFIX.
However, in the event of a change in the VAT rate (4.5%), the impact may be immediate, including on orders already in progress. IDC reserves the right to change prices at any time without a final order. The customer will be informed of delivery costs before final order confirmation.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
The products offered for sale via IDGRAFIX.FR comply with European legislation and are covered by all legal guarantees. IDC cannot be held liable in any way or on any grounds whatsoever if the product does not comply with foreign legislation. IDC cannot be held liable in any way or on any grounds whatsoever if the product has been misused or improperly installed by the customer.
ARTICLE 4 - ORDER
PROCESS
ORDERING PRODUCTS OFFERED FOR SALE VIA IDGRAFIX.FR IS CARRIED OUT ONLINE ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING PROCESS:
SELECTION OF THE PRODUCT(S);
VERIFICATION OF THE SELECTED PRODUCT(S);
WHERE APPLICABLE, MODIFICATION OF THE SELECTED PRODUCT(S), AND VERIFICATION OF THE ORDER THUS MODIFIED;
UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE;
CUSTOMER ENTRY OF DATA CONCERNING HIM NECESSARY FOR PROCESSING THE ORDER (NAME, (FIRST NAME, DELIVERY ADDRESS, BILLING ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS ...);
CHOICE OF PAYMENT METHOD (CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL);
VERIFICATION OF ORDER DETAILS AND IN PARTICULAR THE DETAILS OF THE TOTAL PRICE (DELIVERY COSTS, ANY DISCOUNTS, AMOUNT EXCLUDING TAX, IGI RATE APPLICABLE ON THE DAY OF THE ORDER, IGI AMOUNT, AMOUNT INCL. TAX);
IF NECESSARY, MODIFICATION OF THE ENTERED ELEMENTS, AND VERIFICATION OF THE ORDER THUS MODIFIED;
FINAL ORDER CONFIRMATION;
IF APPLICABLE, PAYMENT BY BANK CARD.
EACH OF THESE ORDER LEVELS TRANSLATES INTO A SPECIFIC SCREEN PAGE.
The customer can only access one of these levels after validating the previous level. Until the final confirmation of the order, they can freely return to previous levels, particularly for the purpose of making modifications.
SALES TRAINING
THE FINAL CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER FORMS THE SALES CONTRACT BETWEEN IDC AND THE CUSTOMER RELATING TO THE GOOD(S) ORDERED.
ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
ID GRAFIX WILL ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT ONCE THE ORDER IS FINALLY CONFIRMED:
IMMEDIATELY ON SCREEN, WITH THE POSSIBILITY FOR THE CUSTOMER TO PRINT OR DOWNLOAD THE CORRESPONDING DOCUMENT; AND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER.
IDC CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE IN THE EVENT OF IMPOSSIBILITY TO ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT BY EMAIL ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE CLIENT, IN PARTICULAR WHEN THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT TURNS OUT TO BE NON-EXISTENT, ERROROUS, INVALID OR FULL.
The decal kits available on the IDGRAFIX.FR online store can be modified (logos, colors) only before the customer's final order. For personalizations such as the driver's name or race number, the customer must provide this information in the order comments; we will not provide a proof before printing on this type of personalization.
If the customer wishes to personalize the logo or colors, they must request this before placing their order on the website. This type of request will require a deposit for the personalized order.
CONSERVATION
The general terms and conditions of sale in effect at the time of the order and the order acknowledgement are kept by ID GRAFIX for a period of ten years from the date of delivery. The customer may obtain a digital copy upon request.
Credit card payment data is encrypted during payment validation. This data is not stored by the company id grafix.
ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT
THE CUSTOMER HAS THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- PAYMENT VIA HIPAY (VISA/MASTERCARD), A SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTED AND ADMINISTERED UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF HIPAY .
- PAYPAL ACCOUNT (PayPal transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer)
SPECIAL CASE OF THE SALE OF A 100% PERSONALIZED DECORATION KIT, PAYMENT WILL BE MADE BEFORE THE PRODUCTION OF THE DECORATION KIT MODEL.
ARTICLE 6 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY
The products ordered and paid for will be shipped to the customer, at the delivery address indicated by them when placing the order, as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days of full payment of the order, which is:
IMMEDIATE IN CASE OF PAYMENT BY BANK CARD OR PAYPAL (IN PRINCIPLE ONLY BECAUSE PAYMENTS BY FOREIGN CARDS MAY REQUIRE A SPECIAL AUTHORIZATION OR VERIFICATION PROCEDURE WHICH MAY SLOW DOWN THE PROCESSING OF THE ORDER),
Payment is deferred until receipt in the case of payment by check. The delivery costs indicated on the order are the responsibility of the customer.
FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF FRANCE AND ANDORRA: THE CUSTOMER IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES THAT MAY APPLY IN THEIR COUNTRY. IDC IS UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES OBLIGATED TO VERIFY OR INFORM THE CUSTOMER OF APPLICABLE TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES. THIS VERIFICATION IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY. THE CUSTOMER WILL PAY ANY CUSTOMS DUTIES DIRECTLY TO THE DELIVERY COMPANY OR THE TAX AUTHORITIES OF THEIR COUNTRY.
IN THE EVENT OF UNAVAILABILITY OF THE ORDERED PRODUCT FOR MORE THAN 10 WEEKS, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE INFORMED AND WILL BE REFUNDED FOR THE SUMS HE HAS PAID FOR THE ACQUISITION OF THIS PRODUCT, AND THIS AT THE LATEST WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THIS PAYMENT. REFUND WILL BE MADE BY VOUCHER (VALID FOR 1 YEAR ON IDGRAFIX.FR) SENT IN THE NAME OF THE CUSTOMER AND, IN THE ABSENCE OF OTHER INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE CUSTOMER, TO THE BILLING ADDRESS INDICATED ON THE ORDER.
ANY DEFECT OR DELAY IN DELIVERY ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE SPECIFIC SERVICE PROVIDER IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY.
ARTICLE 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Order returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, but only for non-personalized or special orders. As our products are made to order, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price, plus a deduction of our actual outbound shipping costs. Please be careful when placing your order to ensure you are ordering the correct products, as this policy applies to returns for any reason, including ordering errors.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS OF DECORATION KITS WITH PERSONALIZATION, CHOICE OF YEAR OR MODEL, OR CUSTOMIZATION OR DECORATION WITH CUSTOMER OPTIONS ARE NOT POSSIBLE.
RETURN OF THE PRODUCT MUST ONLY BE MADE AFTER VALIDATION AND AUTHORIZATION BY ID GRAFIX , RETURN WILL BE PRECEDED BY A REGISTERED LETTER INDICATING THE CUSTOMER'S WITHDRAWAL.
IN PERFECT CONDITION IN ITS ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED PACKAGING AND ACCOMPANIED BY ALL ITS ACCESSORIES, INSTRUCTIONS, WARRANTY AND A COPY OF THE PURCHASE INVOICE.
ID GRAFIX , IN THE EVENT OF REGULAR EXERCISE OF THIS RIGHT BY THE CUSTOMER, WILL REFUND WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF THIRTY DAYS, BY VOUCHER (VALID FOR 1 YEAR ON IDGRAFIX.FR) SENT IN THE NAME OF THE CUSTOMER AND IN THE ABSENCE OF OTHER INSTRUCTIONS FROM HIM TO THE BILLING ADDRESS INDICATED ON THE ORDER.
IN THE EVENT THAT THE ORDER IS INCOMPLETE, DAMAGED OR NOT CONFORMING UPON RETURN WE WILL APPLY A 100% DEDUCTION ON THE VALUE OF THE ITEMS.
ARTICLE 8 - INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ORDER - INVOICE
DURING THE PROCESSING OF YOUR ORDER YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAILS INFORMING YOU OF THE VALIDATION OF YOUR ORDER, OF THE PROCESSING AND THEN OF ITS SHIPMENT.
ONCE THE ORDER HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL INDICATING THE COLISSIMO OR GLS TRACKING NUMBER (TRACKING ON THE COLISPOSTE.FR OR GLS.FR WEBSITE).
You can check the status of your order at any time from your account on IDGRAFIX.FR
YOUR INVOICE CAN BE VIEWED AND PRINTED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT ON WWW.IDGRAFIX.FR FOR ALL ORDERS IN THE STATUS "SHIPPED".
ARTICLE 9 - PERSONAL DATA
THE CUSTOMER IS INFORMED THAT THE PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING HIM, ENTERED BY HIM WHEN PLACING THE ORDER, IS SUBJECT TO COMPUTER PROCESSING FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING HIS ORDER.
THIS DATA MAY ALSO BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL TRACKING PURPOSES, IN PARTICULAR SO THAT THE CUSTOMER CAN BE INFORMED, PARTICULARLY BY EMAIL, OF THE SHOP'S COMMERCIAL OFFERS.
HOWEVER, HE CAN OBJECT TO THIS MONITORING:
EITHER AT THE TIME OF ORDERING BY CHECKED THE BOX OFFERING THIS POSSIBILITY;
OR, FAILING THAT, BY EXPRESSLY INDICATING IT TO IDC VIA THE EMAIL ADDRESS MADE AVAILABLE FOR THIS PURPOSE ON ANY TRACKING MEDIA, INCLUDING EMAIL, THAT MAY BE ADDRESSED TO IT.

ARTICLE 11 - RETURNS AND CREDIT CREDIT FOR ORDERS
RETURN OF GOODS:
FOR ANY PRODUCT RETURN, YOU MUST FIRST OBTAIN A RETURN NUMBER BY CONTACTING OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPLAINING THE REASONS FOR YOUR RETURN.
NEVER RETURN AN ORDER WITHOUT NOTIFYING US BEFOREHAND AND WITHOUT OBTAINING A RETURN NUMBER, WE WOULD UNFORTUNATELY BE OBLIGED TO REFUSE YOUR RETURN.
THE RETURN NUMBER IS ONLY VALID FOR 8 DAYS, SO DO NOT DELAY BEFORE RETURNING YOUR PRODUCTS.
In all cases, products must be returned to us in new condition with the original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice (available in your IDGRAFIX account). Otherwise, we will apply a penalty of 20% of the item's value when issuing a credit note.
RETURN OF DECORATION KITS WITH CHOICE OF MODEL OR YEAR, PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOMIZED (NAME, LOGO, RACE NUMBER), WITH COLOUR OPTIONS (FLUO, CHROME), OPTIONS (DOORS, ROOF, EXTRA COVER): THESE DECORATION KITS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED BY IDGRAFIX.FR.
Decoration kits that are on sale, on promotion, or purchased with a limited-time promotional code cannot be returned or exchanged by IDGRAFIX.FR
Credit notes issued by IDGRAFIX are valid for one year on our online store "IDGRAFIX.FR" from the date of the order to which they are linked. The credit note is represented by an alphanumeric code which you simply need to enter when selecting your payment method and confirm for the amount to be deducted from your current order.
To be used, the credit note amount must exceed the total order amount excluding shipping costs. Once the 1-year validity period has expired, the credit note is no longer usable by the customer and is not eligible for a refund.
ARTICLE 12 - SPECIAL CASE OF CUSTOM DECORATION KITS
We require a €50 deposit for the design of the decoration kit mockup. This deposit will then be deducted from the total cost of the personalized decoration kit.
ORDERING A 100% CUSTOMIZED KIT OR PAYING THE DEPOSIT FOR THE CUSTOMIZED MOCKUP IS NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE ONE OF OUR GRAPHIC DESIGNERS HAS ALREADY DESIGNED A MOCKUP.
Three model modifications are included with a 100% personalized kit order. If you request additional versions or modifications, the price is €30 per additional image.
Custom decoration kits are non-returnable. Vector source files remain the property of IDC - IDGRAFIX.FR. Vector files are not provided to the customer.
ARTICLE 13 - COLOUR / PRINT RESULT OF DECORATION KITS
The image displayed on computer screens, smartphones, and tablets is in RGB color, while the digital prints of the decoration kits are in CMYK color. This difference in display and processing may result in slight variations in color shades and brightness.
The fact that the color or final print appearance is not identical to what you see on your screen does not constitute grounds for returning the decoration kit. Therefore, it will not be possible to exchange or refund the decoration kit simply because you are not satisfied with its appearance.
ARTICLE 14 - APPLICABLE LAW
This contract is governed by Andorran law. The language of this contract is French and has been translated from the official Catalan terms and conditions. In the event of any correspondence or claim, only the Catalan version shall prevail.
ARTICLE 15 - DISPUTES
In case of dispute, the Andorran courts shall have sole jurisdiction. In case of dispute with a merchant, the commercial courts of IDC's registered office shall have sole jurisdiction.
